Welcome to LangGecko. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LangGecko's products, services, websites, and applications (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using LangGecko, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

LangGecko is a web-based language learning platform that enables users to transform any text into bilingual MP3 audio files and PDF phrase bindings using synthetic or professional voice services. It is designed for passive learning through listening.

To use LangGecko, you must be:

If you are accessing LangGecko on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree not to misuse or attempt to bypass rate limits, audio generation caps, or abuse free-tier offers.

You agree to use LangGecko solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable local, state, national, and international laws.

LangGecko offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed either monthly or annually, as selected at checkout.

All payments are securely handled via our payment processor Stripe.

We offer a 7-day free trial on the Starter plan to let users evaluate the platform.

If you're unsatisfied or believe a billing error occurred, please contact us, we're happy to help.

All platform content, including software, code, design, logos, audio, and generated phrase structures, is owned by LangGecko or its licensors. You are granted a non-exclusive, limited, revocable license to use the platform for personal, non-commercial language learning unless a commercial license is explicitly included in your plan (e.g., Max plan).

You retain ownership of any text you input, but by submitting text, you grant LangGecko a non-exclusive license to process and transform it for the purposes of providing services.

LangGecko reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

We strive for high uptime and reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Occasionally, LangGecko may undergo maintenance or updates. We are not liable for any loss due to service disruptions.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app alerts. Continued use of LangGecko after changes go into effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

LangGecko is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that audio output will be error-free or suitable for all educational, commercial, or professional needs. Precision Mode offers enhanced translation accuracy but is still subject to the inherent limitations of TTS and NLP technology.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, LangGecko and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
